TrustCall
TrustCall is a product of SINA FINANCIAL WELLNESS SRL.
Where it runs
TrustCall is hosted on the TaskBridge platform, the platform for AI products and services of SINA FINANCIAL WELLNESS SRL, whose brand is TaskBridging. It requires a WhatsApp integration, which uses only the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
What it does
TrustCall is used for two purposes: collecting reviews and feedback, and setting meetings with people who have agreed to be called.
1. Reviews and feedback
TrustCall helps eMAG marketplace sellers collect customer feedback. After an order is delivered, an AI voice assistant places a short feedback call to the buyer on the seller's behalf. At the end of the call, with the buyer's agreement, TrustCall sends a WhatsApp message via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API containing a link where the buyer can leave a product review. The seller receives a daily summary of feedback.
The same flow works for service-based businesses: after a service has been completed, TrustCall calls the customer on the business's behalf to ask for feedback and, with the customer's agreement, sends a WhatsApp link to leave a review.
2. Meeting scheduling
Some businesses, such as course sellers, need people in their sales funnel to book a meeting or call. TrustCall places a short call to a person who has asked to be contacted or has agreed to be called, for example by submitting their phone number on the business's form with a clear consent to be called. The assistant explains why it is calling, asks whether the person wants to schedule a meeting, and agrees a time with them. With the person's agreement, TrustCall sends a WhatsApp confirmation using a pre-approved Meta template. The business receives the details of the scheduled meeting.
TrustCall does not call people who have not agreed to be contacted, and stops calling anyone who asks not to be called again.
Fairness
The review link is offered to every buyer who completes the call, regardless of whether feedback was positive or negative, in line with EU consumer protection rules on reviews.
WhatsApp opt-in
Buyers and customers receive a WhatsApp message only after agreeing during the call. Messages use pre-approved Meta templates. Buyers can reply STOP at any time.
Call transparency
At the start of each call, the person is told they are speaking with an automated assistant calling on behalf of the business and can end the call at any time.
